Returns

Due to multiple factors, including the nature of beauty products in general, we cannot accept returns. Once an order is placed, a refund cannot be processed. In the instance of damaged or defective products, replacement items or refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

Shipping

  • What is our shipping policy?
    • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
      • We use shipping carriers USPS and DHL. For domestic orders, packages arrive within 2-5 business days after USPS has received the package. For USPS and DHL international orders, packages arrive between 10-20 business days after the carrier has received the package.
        • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes
      • Anthousai Apothecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs)
    • Shipment processing time
      • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
        • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
    • Damages
      • Anthousai Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If youreceived your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
    • We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
    • Anthousai Apothecary will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
  • Missing or Stolen Ship
    • If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Alert us at anthousai.apothecary@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
  • What countries are we unable to ship to?
    • Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Israel, Laos, Macao, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen
  • Why don’t you ship to my country?
    • Our shipping couriers are USPS and DHL and may not be compatible with your country.
  • Why is international shipping $25??
    • We are based out of Atlanta in the United States. We use USPS and DHL, always picking the cheapest shipping rate. Here are some real-time, sample rates based off a typical 283g/10oz package:
      • Italy – $26.84 – 43.58
      • United Kingdom – $24.70 – 43.58
      • Mexico – $20.66 – 33.53
      • Hong Kong – $26.36 – 39.57
      • Japan – $26.36 – 53.82
    • Considering the shipping fee already built in to the products, the $25 covers the additional international fees

Adverse reactions

We are not liable for any unintentional adverse reactions to our products, such as allergic reactions or irritations. We list our ingredients for all of our beauty products and maintain transparency on what goes in them. We hope all of our potential customers take the time to read and understand these ingredients before they make a purchase.
