Inanna
Scented like hibiscus, the flower of passion, Inanna is the ancient Mesopotamian goddess of love and war and a precursor to whom Greeks eventually recognized as Aphrodite. A common symbol for Inanna was the rosette, a stylized circular flower design. We chose the passionate hibiscus to represent Inanna because only a flower so vibrant could encapsulate the two ends of the spectrum that Inanna represents.
Dumuzid was the consort of the great goddess Inanna. He smells like juniper and black cedarwood.
